A selection of editorial illustrations completed in the last month : For The New York Times Magazine I illustrated a Letter of Recommendation dedicated to the BBC radio show and podcast In Our Time: a love letter to the programme and its now-retired host, which the writer first relied on to fall asleep and later to expand her knowledge of history, science and life since 1998. For Vanity Fair France I worked on a story about “Cryptoboy”, his paranoia about being attacked, his dependence on devices, and the way money and weapons run through his whole story. For Men’s Health UK I illustrated a sensitive feature that reads almost like a manual for fathers of teenage sons in the UK (strongly echoing the Netflix series Adolescence): how to approach them, what to talk about and how to help them in an adolescence increasingly immersed in a virtual world. And finally, for Milton Magazine, I illustrated an aerial view of the campus surrounded by greenery.
